This is a rather scrumptious appetizer I stumbled across while grocery shopping.
Yes...they got me with those free samples. BUT.. it paid off because I made these for our Memorial Day meal and it was a big hit!

Ingredients
Bread Chips or Crostinis
Horseradish
1/4lb Boars Head London Broil Roast Beef
1/4 lb Boars Head Onion Jack Cheese
**Makes about 20 crostinis
** Total time 20 minutes
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
First you will layout the crostinis on a baking sheet. I lined mine with tin foil for an easier clean up. Next, spread horseradish on crostini. Pile on the roast beef. Then place the crostinis in the oven to warm the roast beef. Add on the onion jack cheese and place back in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
You can get any style roast beef and onion jack cheese. I chose Boars Head because I LOVE the London Broil roast beef. I asked the deli to slice the roast beef and cheese quite thin. This goes best a top the crostini. This is such a simple but delicious recipe.
I hope you love it.
Bon Appetit!
